By using dogtagco.com you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by DogTag Dog Daycare and Boarding, 7440 Marshall Road, Superior, Colorado 80027.
These are not our service terms
This page governs the website. The agreement covering your dog’s care, including vaccination requirements, cancellation, illness, behaviour and liability, is separate and is confirmed when you book and at sign-up. Nothing on this page changes that agreement, and where the two differ, the service agreement is the one that applies to your dog.
Using the site
You may read the site, download the guides we offer, and contact us through the forms. You may not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading. We may withdraw access if you do.
What you send us
When you submit a form, you confirm that what you have entered is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through a web form; call us instead.
Our content
The text, photographs, guides, brand name and logo on this site belong to DogTag or are used with permission. You are welcome to link to any page. Please do not republish our material elsewhere, in whole or in part, without asking first.
Prices and information
We work hard to keep this site accurate, but it is marketing material, not a price list. Prices, plans, add-ons and availability shown here may change, and the booking page is always the current position. Where this site and the booking page disagree, the booking page is correct.
Links to other places
We link to our booking system, to Google, and to our social accounts. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Availability
We do not promise the site will always be available or free of faults. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, DogTag is not liable for loss arising from your use of this website, including any decision taken in reliance on information published here. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect your rights under the separate agreement covering your dog’s care.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and the courts of Colorado have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The current version always sits on this page, with its date at the top. Continuing to use the site means you accept the version published here.
