Our mission is to relieve the mental overhead of everything "dog" for our customer families.  We help identify behavioral issues, gaps in training, special needs, and socialization skills.  We make recommendations to our customer families on how to better interact with their own dogs, improve their dog's lives, and improve the family-dog relationship.  The longer a dog lives, the longer its owners live!  So we're here for each dog's life!

We are a small, bespoke dog care facility.  Our team is like extended family - we rely on each other, we look out for each other, and we cooperate to deliver the best possible experience for our dogs and our customer families.  In 2024, we provided services to over 600 local families and over 700 local dogs, so we're known across the community, and our team needs to be ready to deliver that kind of public-facing service.  And we're unlike any other dog care facility in the area - we have hand-made wooden kennels, strictly limited play group sizes, hand-chosen dogs for each play group to maximize fun and minimize the risks to our team.  We have 45 kennels and crates, so this is not a huge institutional facility where staff turnover occurs every week.  Most of our current employees have been with us for more than 1 year, and some longer than 3 years!

Our petcare professionals receive staff training on all things dog - body language, behaviors, group and solo dynamics - you will become fluent in dog!  We strive to provide our team with a clear career path in the dog care and hospitality industries - this is not just another hourly wage job.  We offer limited benefits, but especially the ability for our team to bring their own family dog(s) from home to work, because we believe that the higher your expectations are for how your own dog is treated, the better the care you'll help deliver to our customers.

Because this is a family-driven operation, we interview closely, but make quick decisions.
